Nemo VPN (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a secure and private browsing experience. This policy explains how we manage your data when you create an account to access our premium features.
1. The Core: No-Logs Policy
We operate a strict No-Logs policy. When you use our VPN:
- We do not log your browsing history, traffic destination, or data content.
- We do not store your IP address or connection timestamps.
- Your online activity remains anonymous and private.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our premium login-based services, we collect limited personal data:
- Account Information: Your email address and a password (encrypted) created during registration. This is used to authenticate your access to premium servers and provide an ad-free experience.
- Support Data: If you use our Live Chat Support, we may collect the contents of your messages and any attachments to resolve your technical issues.
- Payment Data: All premium upgrades are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not store or process your credit card numbers on our own servers.
- Device Identifiers: We may collect your Android ID to ensure license compliance and prevent account sharing/abuse.
3. Use of VpnService
Nemo VPN uses the Android VpnService to create a secure, encrypted tunnel.
- Purpose: To provide core VPN functionality.
- Privacy: No personal data is collected or shared through the VPN service.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google AdMob: Used to serve ads to free-tier users.
- Firebase Analytics: Used to monitor app performance and crash reports (anonymized).
- Customer Support Tools: We use third-party tools to facilitate Live Chat.
5. Data Deletion & Retention
We keep your account data as long as your account is active.
Account Deletion: You can request to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time through the app settings or by contacting our support. Once deleted, this action is permanent.
