Terms & Conditions – Nemo VPN

Welcome to Nemo VPN (the "App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, operated by the Nemo VPN team ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Nemo VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) connection, with OpenVPN and V2Ray servers, alongside a lightweight built-in web browser. The App offers a Free tier with time-limited sessions and a Premium tier, available as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play, which removes session limits and advertising.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account, created either with an email and password or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; (c) distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraud; (d) attempt to circumvent device limits, rate limits, or security measures; or (e) resell or redistribute VPN access without our written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Google Play Billing. Prices, currency, renewal terms, and taxes are those shown on the Google Play purchase screen at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, manage, or refund a subscription, use the Subscriptions section of the Google Play Store app — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly, as Google is the merchant of record.

6. Free tier, ads, and session limits

Free tier connections are limited to a session duration configured by us and shown in the App; sessions may be extended by watching optional rewarded advertisements, up to a daily cap. The Free tier displays advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see advertising and are not subject to session time limits.

7. No logging of browsing activity

We do not monitor, store, or sell the content of your browsing activity or VPN traffic. See our Privacy Policy, available in the App's Settings, for full details on what limited account and diagnostic data we do process.

8. Third-party websites and content

The built-in browser lets you access third-party websites at your own discretion. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site you visit through the App.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the App and its VPN servers available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Server locations, capacity, and features may change without notice.

10. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, logo, and software, is owned by the Nemo VPN team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or interrupted connectivity.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account at https://vpnapp.nreeit.com/account-deletion-request-nemo-vpn/ or through Live Chat Support.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
